Participation

  • Participation in Acer Run 2026 is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and adequately prepared.

2. No Warranty

  • The Event is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
  • GameChangerZ SEL LLP and Acer India Pvt. Ltd. make no representation or warranty regarding uninterrupted operation of the Event, timing systems, route conditions or participant outcomes.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameChangerZ SEL LLP, Acer India Pvt. Ltd., venue owners, event partners, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, contractors, vendors, timing partners, medical providers, security agencies and government authorities shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Third-Party Services

  • The Organiser is not responsible for products or services provided by third parties including payment gateways, exhibitors, sponsors or vendors.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

  • The Event may be modified, delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather, public health concerns, government directives, civil disturbance or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • Participants are responsible for reviewing official Event communications.
  • The Organiser shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect participant information or failure to read official communications.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Event names, logos, branding and creative assets remain the intellectual property of the Organiser, Acer India Pvt. Ltd. or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By registering for or participating in Acer Run 2026, the participant acknowledges having read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer.
