ACER RUN will be held on Sunday, 2 August 2026 at 5:30am in Bengaluru, India

ACER RUN features a 5K timed run.

Anyone meeting the minimum age criteria, physically fit and differently abled to complete a 5K run is welcome to participate.

Participants must be at least 12 years of age on race day. Participants aged 12 to 16 should be accompanied by a guardian. Participants below 18 years should have parental or guardian consent.

You can register online through the official ACER RUN registration portal by completing the registration form and making the applicable payment of Rs. 499.

Your registration includes an official race bib,race-day tee, race-day refreshments, hydration, medical support, a finisher medal, and a digital finisher certificate upon successful completion of the run.

No. Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another participant.

Registration can’t be cancelled, and fees are non-refundable.

A confirmation email and Whatsapp will be sent after successful registration and payment.

Race kit collection details, including venue, dates, and timings, will be shared closer to the event.

Please carry your registration confirmation along with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Yes, authorized person must carry a copy of your ID, your confirmation email, and an authorization letter.

Participants are advised to report at 5:30am.

Limited parking may be available near the venue. Participants are encouraged to use public transport or carpool wherever possible.

Yes. A supervised baggage counter will be available. Participants are advised not to leave valuables in deposited bags.

Yes. Hydration points will be available along the course and at the holding and finish areas.

Yes. Medical teams, ambulances, and first-aid stations will be positioned at strategic locations throughout the event at the start and finish.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable running attire and suitable running shoes. The official event T-shirt is recommended.

Yes. All participants who successfully complete the 5K course within the event guidelines will receive a customised finisher medal.

Participants will receive a digital finisher certificate after the event. Timing details, where applicable, will also be published online.

The event will generally proceed in light rain. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event for participant safety.

For your safety, participants are discouraged from using headphones at high volume during the run.

No. Pets, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and similar equipment are not permitted on the race course.

Participants with medical conditions should consult their doctor before registering and participate at their own risk.

Important updates will be shared through the registered email address, WhatApp and the official ACER RUN social media channels.

Lost or damaged race bibs will not be replaced. Participants should keep their bib safely after collection.

Participants must follow all instructions issued by race officials, volunteers, and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
