ACER RUN 2026 Terms & Conditions

Event Date: 2 August 2026 | Distance: 5 km | Bengaluru

1. Registration

  • Registration is valid only upon successful payment and confirmation.
  • ONLY INDIAN CITIZENS CAN PARTICIPATE AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE MONEY
  • Only one registration per participant is permitted.
  • The Organiser may reject incomplete or inaccurate registrations.

2. Eligibility

  • Adult participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Participants aged 12–17 years must register with and participate alongside a parent or legal guardian.
  • The Organiser may request proof of age and identity.

3. Participation Rules

  • Participants must wear the assigned bib visibly at all times.
  • Bibs are personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Participants must follow the designated course and all official instructions.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants must conduct themselves responsibly and respect fellow participants, volunteers and public property.
  • The Organiser may disqualify or remove any participant whose behaviour poses a safety or operational risk.

5. Medical Responsibility

  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before participating.

6. Event Modification

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify the route, timing, race format or event schedule.
  • The Event may be postponed, suspended or cancelled due to severe weather, public safety concerns, government directions or other force majeure events.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds shall be governed exclusively by the Acer Run 2026 Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Photography & Media

  • By participating, participants grant the Organiser the right to use event photographs, videos, audio recordings and drone footage for commercial, promotional and archival purposes.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Acer Run 2026 Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • GameChangerZ SEL LLP, Acer India Pvt. Ltd., venue owners, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, Video and photo graphers, medical providers, timing partners, security agencies and government authorities shall not be liable for losses, injuries or damages except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

  • Submission of an online registration or participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
